The primary goal of the K.I.N.D. program is to decrease the education-to-prison pipeline. The K.I.N.D. program will provide positive male role models to assist young men with navigating their paths to manhood. Mentors will teach and train young men to avoid the pitfalls associated with substance abuse and criminal activity. The K.I.N.D. program will offer educational support, career training, recreational activities, and other programs to enhance the development of positive and productive young men.

The overall goal of K.I.N.D. is to promote the development of confident, successful, and socially conscious men.
